The “SysObjID” is a standard SNMP protocol identifier that uniquely specifies a network device. Those identifiers are vendor as well as model specific (e.g. “1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.222” is the identifier for Cisco’s 7200 VXR router).
If you already know the “SysObjID” for your device(s), you can enter it in the provided field. Otherwise, it can be extracted by issuing an SNMP query to the device. To run such query, just enter the device’s IP address and then click “Query Device” button, and it will fill the “SysObjID”.

“Product”: used to specify the device model (e.g. Catalyst 3650-24PD).
“Type”: used to specify a device category: Router / Switch / L3Switch / Firewall / Loadbalancer / Wireless, if your device does not match any of those, then select “Other”.
